Our Philosophy
we make full use of the four quadrants of operant conditioning and will utilise most of these within your training programme - dependant on the dog, will differ as to which quadrants we use.
Positive Reinforcement - Add something to increase the likelihood of a behaviour.
Negative Reinforcement - Remove something to increase the likelihood of the behaviour.
Positive Punishment - Add something to decrease the likelihood of the behaviour.
Negative Punishment - Remove something to decrease the likelihood of the behaviour.
We firmly believe that every dog and their owners are unique, this is why we use solution based training and take a tailored approach to all our clients and their dogs that come to us for training. What works for one dog may not work for another.
Using on a variety of methods, our priority is to help you build a strong relationship with your dog, and bring out their own drive to create reliable, motivated behaviour.

We lead with positive reinforcement and, when appropriate, will utilise a variety of tools safely, fairly and effectively.
Our goal is to help both you and your dog reach your potential by building a better relationship, clarity in communication and honouring the dog in front of you.
