Social Walks
Safe, controlled off-lead social walks in Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Allowing your dog the opportunity to safely and properly socialise.
Off-lead socialisation
Off-lead dog socialisation walks provide numerous benefits by allowing your dog to engage freely with other dogs and people, enhancing their social skills. These walks promote physical fitness and mental stimulation, while also giving you the chance to learn key canine body language and recognising when it's appropriate to step in. Ultimately, these walks lead to happier, healthier dogs who are better equipped to handle various environments. These walks will always start on lead as a safety protocol.
Let's go!
Our social walks only run a few times per year and are limited in number to keep everyone safe. They operate on a first come first serve basis.
Social Walks
Max 4-6 dogs
£10 per dog
Our highly popular group social walks are for working on dog neutrality and socialisation in a calm, safe and friendly environment. All dogs will be on lead to start with and once everyone is comfortable, dogs can be put onto longlines / flexis or let off. Please be responsible if you have a longline or flexi as they can be dangerous.
Walks are held every few months and are usually on Saturday mornings, and will last approximately 1-2 hours. There are no expectations of you and or dog on these walks, we want you to come and feel relaxed and enjoy the walk! This is an opportunity to meet like-minded dog owners and meet new friends all whilst subconsciously working on your dogs neutrality.

Nick will attend to give advice and support after the walk, or just to have a general chit chat with you.
Location, time and date will be announced in advanced on the booking page.
